Registered Nurse / RN, Hospice

About the Role

As a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN), you will work at the center of an interdisciplinary care team, building trusted relationships with patients, families, physicians, and teammates. You will have the autonomy to practice at the top of your license while being fully supported by a mission-driven organization that truly cares for you.

In this role, you will provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life. Your day will involve partnering with the care team to create and carry out care plans, performing comprehensive assessments to guide decisions, and educating patients and caregivers. You will coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity, documenting care clearly to reflect patient needs and progress.
