We are seeking a seasoned Home Health Administrator to provide overall leadership, operational performance, and clinical excellence for our Dallas and Fort Worth branches. This is a key leadership role for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong teams, driving performance, and delivering exceptional patient care.
In this position, you will oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations, manage branch financial performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care aligned with clinical standards. You will guide Skilled Home Health (SHH) operations, oversee Clinical Success Mentors (CSMs), and lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce rehospitalizations. This role requires a dynamic leader ready to make a meaningful impact across a growing market while balancing clinical excellence with operational efficiency.
