About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center, you will be the frontline representative of the patient care team. You will serve as the intermediary between patients and families, providers, and other care team members, providing a positive and supportive environment. Your role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while collaborating to ensure safe and effective outcomes.
You will be expected to participate in performance improvement initiatives, maintain professional competence, develop others, and uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards. By supporting Shared Governance through service on councils or sponsored activities, you will help foster a culture of continuous growth and excellence.
