About the Team

St. Elizabeth Home, an Illuminus Community, is a not-for-profit, community-based organization founded in 1967. Located just blocks from downtown Janesville in the beautiful Courthouse Hill Historic District, we offer long-term care and short-term rehabilitation in a skilled nursing setting. Originally serving persons of all faiths, our purpose is to provide care that transcends situations and beliefs.

Illuminus is a faith-based, not-for-profit senior living management company dedicated to serving older adults and families throughout the Midwest with skill and compassion. We own or manage over a dozen communities in Wisconsin and beyond, offering a wide range of services including independent senior housing, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and home health services. Although our campus is small enough to make everyone living and working there feel like family, we provide a comprehensive array of services and support.
