We are seeking Registered Nurse Residents to join our Neurological unit. This residency is designed to bridge the gap between academic preparation and advanced clinical practice. You will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while performing thorough neurological assessments, administering medications, and collaborating closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team.
In this role, you will be an integral part of the care continuum, conducting comprehensive assessments, monitoring vital signs, and responding dynamically to changes in patient conditions. You will work alongside neurologists and physicians to develop care plans, educate patients and families on diagnoses and treatments, and support quality and safety initiatives. The position offers a structured pathway featuring preceptorship, skills labs, and ongoing professional development to ensure your growth as a specialized nurse.
