The role emphasizes the application of the nursing process—assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating—to achieve departmental goals. While the position is open to candidates with less than one year of professional experience, nurses with exposure to specific areas such as cardiac, neuro, or oncology patients, as well as skills in EKG monitoring, wound care, or tube feeding management, are strongly encouraged to apply.
