About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our Post Acute Nursing Unit, you will embrace a vital mission dedicated to improving the health of our community. Your experience matters here; you will be part of a team where your skills, compassion, and dedication make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.

In this full-time, day-shift role with rotating weekends, you will provide direct patient care using the nursing process for a diverse population including adults, geriatric, adolescent, and pediatric patients. You will plan, delegate, and coordinate nursing care under the supervision of the Department Leader, collaborating with physicians, pharmacists, therapists, and social workers to establish and achieve patient goals. Your day will involve assessing patient needs, administering complex treatments and medications, supervising the nursing team, and ensuring a safe environment through strict adherence to infection control and safety policies.
