About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, highly-skilled, and reliable Registered Nurse to join our growing home health care team. In this role, you will work directly with clients in their homes, delivering safe, quality patient care according to established care plans.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with basic personal hygiene, domestic tasks, patient mobility, and physical care. You will also engage clients in exercises and play-based activities to make sessions enjoyable, support the use of AAC devices, and assist with potty training. A key part of your role involves documenting client progress to ensure their overall wellbeing while remaining calm and professional in all situations.

Hiring Process & Application

We are looking to fill this position immediately. The selected candidate will begin working on Saturdays from 10 AM to 2 PM.
