About the Role
We are opening a brand new Behavioral Health unit, a 10-bed adult facility designed to provide specialized care. In this role, you will utilize the nursing process to deliver comprehensive patient care while maintaining professional accountability for your assigned patients. You will evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers and coordinate patient services in conjunction with other departments, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are upheld. Your duties will be performed in a manner consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and Service Standards.

Requirements
