We are seeking a dedicated RN House Manager to serve as the on-site administrator for Rivers Edge Hospital during non-business hours. In this part-time capacity (0.75 FTE), you will act as the primary representative of organizational leadership across all venues on a 24-hour basis. Your presence ensures the continuity of quality patient care and the effective management of departmental resources when the main administrative team is unavailable.
This role is critical for maintaining operational stability. You will coordinate personnel and resources to meet patient care functions in a cost-effective manner, serving as the decision-maker for administrative matters during your assigned tour of duty. You will collaborate closely to provide crisis management, interpret policy and procedure, and ensure timely communication between individuals and departments. Additionally, you will share responsibility for evaluating and managing resources, acting on behalf of the leadership team to uphold the hospital's standards of care.
This is a straight night position working 12-hour shifts. The schedule operates on a rotation where you will work every third weekend and every third holiday. The role is based at our facility in Saint Peter, Minnesota.

Bachelor's degree in nursing. Emergency Department and/or critical care nursing experience. Demonstrated interpersonal relationship skills that enhance communication, promote conflict resolution, and facilitate staff mentoring and development. Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in stressful situations. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
