About the Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a vital link in our care continuum, providing direct nursing care to residents while supervising day-to-day nursing activities. This role exists to ensure that all care delivered meets current federal, state, and local standards and regulations governing long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. You will be responsible for coordinating care across departments, communicating changes in resident conditions to physicians and families, and managing the admission, transfer, and discharge of residents. From administering medications and treatments to conducting quality rounds and participating in care plan meetings, you will ensure a safe, compassionate environment for our residents.
