Part of Campbell County Health's comprehensive system of care facilities, the Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center is a long-term care facility located in Gillette, Wyoming. About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising day-to-day nursing activities. You will be entrusted to ensure the highest degree of quality care is always provided, adhering to current federal, state, and local standards and regulations governing long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. Your role involves collaborating with physicians to provide treatments for medically complex residents, coordinating care with other departments, and maintaining open lines of communication between nursing personnel, families, and outside agencies.

Requirements
