About the Role

The Extended Recovery RN is a vital part of our post-operative orthopedic team, dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals requiring extended recovery or overnight monitoring. This role exists to ensure a safe and optimized recovery journey, bridging the gap between surgery and discharge home.

In this position, you will work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, hospitalists, and nurse navigators to manage pain, prevent complications, and encourage early mobility. Your day will be defined by a commitment to safety and personalized attention, ensuring every patient receives the support they need to achieve life-enhancing outcomes.
