About the Team
As a nurse in the Operating Room at The University of Vermont Medical Center, you will work within a Level 1 trauma center, serving all service lines within the OR. Our collaborative atmosphere offers the opportunity to join a specialty team, such as heart, ortho, or neuro, and to work alongside advanced technology including Da Vinci robots.
About the Role
This position requires prior Operating Room experience and includes on-call duties. You will be part of a team culture designed to ensure nurses feel valued and have a voice through shared governance. We are committed to maintaining great patient ratios and have made significant investments in safe patient handling and mobility equipment. The role includes structured preceptorships and opportunities for professional growth and continuing education.
