About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, you will serve as a vital member of the surgical team, providing exceptional perioperative care before, during, and after procedures. This role is designed for nurses who thrive in dynamic settings and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and sterility.

In this position, you will prepare and maintain the operating room, ensuring all equipment and instruments are ready for specific surgical procedures. You will function as either a circulating or scrub nurse, closely monitoring patient status, vitals, and responses to anesthesia and interventions. Your collaboration with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff will be essential to ensuring efficient workflow and accurate documentation in electronic medical records. Additionally, you will play a key role in educating patients and families on pre- and post-operative expectations and care.
