Cherry County Hospital in Valentine, NE, is seeking a skilled and compassionate OB/GYN Night Nurse to join our dedicated team. This position is vital for providing exceptional care to individual patients and the entire mother/baby population within our department.
Working under the supervision of physicians and other health professionals, you will demonstrate proficiency in administering fundamental nursing processes specific to obstetrics and gynecology. Your role involves managing the full spectrum of patient care, from admission assessments and pain management to fetal monitoring and discharge planning. You will be the primary point of contact for patients and families during the night shift, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and clinical expertise.
This is a full-time position based at Cherry County Hospital in Valentine, NE. The role operates on a night shift schedule from 6:15 PM to 6:45 AM, Monday through Thursday, with a slightly different schedule for Friday and Saturday nights. The position requires 36 hours per week.
