The Non-Invasive Cardiology Team at Rochester General Hospital delivers a comprehensive range of advanced diagnostic services, combining cutting-edge technology with expert clinical care. The team specializes in minimally invasive and non-invasive cardiac testing, including angiograms, electrocardiograms, echocardiograms, stress testing, and nuclear cardiology studies. With a strong focus on precision, safety, and patient-centered care, the department plays a critical role in the early detection, evaluation, and management of cardiovascular conditions.
This full-time position operates within the Cardiac Cath Lab, primarily on days with some weekend requirements, and includes on-call duties. The role is designed for nurses who thrive in a high-acuity environment where technology and clinical expertise intersect to provide critical diagnostic insights.
The Clinical Ladder program offers a structured path for professional growth, with levels (I-IV) determined at the time of hire based on qualifications and the ability to meet specific requirements. This framework encourages continuous development through leadership, quality improvement, and organizational contribution, supported by a compensation add-on for each level achieved.
