The NICU Unit is a 51-bed facility that hosts approximately 900 admissions annually, providing critical care for the region's most vulnerable patients.
As a Registered Nurse at Mission Hospital, you will join a team dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality care. This role is designed to provide you with strong staffing support, advanced technology to streamline patient monitoring and communication, and robust supply chains to ensure you are fully equipped. With ongoing clinical education available, you will have the resources needed to focus on what you do best: caring for patients and families.
In this position, you will provide leadership to facilitate professional nursing care, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Your day-to-day responsibilities include delegating, supervising, and documenting care while teaching patients and their families. You will implement medically prescribed interventions to ensure the comfort and well-being of those in the NICU.
