About the Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department at Central Maine Medical Center provides safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical for ensuring rapid assessment, triage, and emergency response for patients presenting with acute changes, trauma, and life-threatening conditions. You will utilize the nursing process to make critical clinical decisions, interpret labs and diagnostics, and administer emergency treatments. The position requires close collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to communicate patient status effectively and ensure compliance with safety standards such as EMTALA and HIPAA.
Hiring Process
A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is available for qualified candidates, subject to eligibility and payout terms. Specific details regarding the bonus and other compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
