The Registered Nurse (RN) in our Emergency Department is the backbone of our fast-paced clinical environment. This role exists to provide safe, patient-centered care that navigates the critical moments of acute illness and trauma. You will be responsible for the full nursing process—from rapid assessment and triage to complex clinical decision-making and emergency response.
In this position, you will work the night shift (7p–7a) on 12-hour rotations. Your day will involve interpreting diagnostics, managing life-threatening conditions, and collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient outcomes. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a vital role in educating patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions, ensuring they feel supported even during their most vulnerable moments.
A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is available for qualified candidates, subject to eligibility and payout terms. Specific details regarding this bonus and other compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
