The Registered Nurse (RN) on our Medical-Surgical unit provides safe, patient-centered care within an acute care environment. This role is dedicated to delivering direct patient care, coordinating care plans, and performing clinical assessments using the nursing process. You will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications and IV therapies, and communicating critical changes to physicians.
We welcome new graduate RNs and offer a structured residency program designed to build confidence and clinical skills. This includes hands-on training, skills development, ongoing education, and dedicated preceptor support to ensure a smooth transition into the profession. The position is a full-time night shift (7p-7a) on 12-hour rotations.
A sign-on bonus of $15,000.00 is available for qualified candidates. Eligibility and payout terms apply, and specific details will be discussed during the interview process.
