About the Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) on our Medical-Surgical unit provides safe, patient-centered care within an acute care environment. You will utilize the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver direct patient care, coordinate care, and perform clinical assessments.
We welcome new graduate RNs and offer a structured residency program designed to build confidence and clinical skills. This role includes hands-on training and dedicated preceptor support. As part of our team, you will partner with physicians to communicate changes in patient condition and diagnostic results, while guiding nursing support staff and ensuring compliance with patient safety and regulatory standards.
Hiring Process

Requirements
