The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department provides safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical for direct patient care, requiring rapid assessment, triage, and emergency response. You will utilize the nursing process to make critical clinical decisions while managing acute changes, trauma, and life-threatening conditions. The position involves interpreting labs and diagnostics, communicating patient status with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and educating patients and families on care and discharge instructions.
A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is available for qualified candidates, subject to eligibility and payout terms. Specific details regarding the bonus and other compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
