The Registered Nurse (RN) on our Medical-Surgical unit provides safe, patient-centered care within an acute care environment. You will utilize the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver direct patient care, coordinate care, and perform clinical assessments. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced setting where responding quickly to changes in patient status is critical.
We welcome new graduate RNs and offer a structured residency program, hands-on training, and dedicated preceptor support to build confidence and clinical skills. This position includes a sign-on bonus of $15,000.00 for qualified candidates, with eligibility and payout terms discussed during the interview process.
