About the Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department provides safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical for delivering direct patient care, performing rapid assessments and triage, and responding to acute changes, trauma, and life-threatening conditions. You will utilize the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to make critical clinical decisions while interpreting labs, diagnostics, and patient symptoms. Collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams is essential to communicate patient status effectively, administer medications and emergency treatments, and educate patients and families on care and discharge instructions.
Hiring Process
A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is available for qualified candidates, subject to eligibility and payout terms. Specific details regarding the bonus and other compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
