About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department provides safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical for direct patient care, requiring rapid assessment, triage, emergency response, and critical clinical decision-making. You will utilize the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to manage acute changes, trauma, and life-threatening conditions. The position involves interpreting labs and diagnostics, communicating patient status with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and administering medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments. Additionally, you will educate patients and families on care and discharge instructions while ensuring compliance with EMTALA, HIPAA, and patient safety standards.

Hiring Process

A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is available for qualified candidates, subject to eligibility and payout terms. Specific details regarding the bonus and other compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
