About the Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) on our Medical-Surgical unit provides safe, patient-centered care within an acute care environment. You will utilize the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver direct patient care, coordinate care, and perform clinical assessments.
We welcome new graduate RNs and offer a structured residency program designed to build confidence and clinical skills. This role includes hands-on training and dedicated preceptor support. As a member of our team, you will partner with physicians and nursing support staff to monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and guide families through their care journey.
Hiring Process
A sign-on bonus of $15,000.00 is available for qualified candidates. Eligibility and payout terms apply and will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

Nice to Have
