The Registered Nurse (RN) on our Medical-Surgical unit provides safe, patient-centered care within an acute care environment. This role is dedicated to direct patient care, care coordination, and clinical assessment, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
We welcome new graduate RNs and offer a structured residency program designed to build confidence and clinical skills. This position includes hands-on training and dedicated preceptor support to ensure a smooth transition into the acute care setting. You will partner with physicians and nursing support staff to deliver high-quality care, monitor patient conditions, and guide families through their healthcare journey.
A sign-on bonus of $15,000.00 is available for qualified candidates. Eligibility and payout terms apply, and specific details will be discussed during the interview process.
