The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department provides safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical for delivering direct patient care, performing rapid assessments and triage, and responding to acute changes, trauma, and life-threatening conditions. Nurses in this position utilize the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to make critical clinical decisions while interpreting labs, diagnostics, and patient symptoms. The role also involves communicating patient status with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, administering medications and emergency treatments, and educating patients and families on care and discharge instructions.
A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is available for qualified candidates, subject to eligibility and payout terms. Details regarding the bonus and other compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
