About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical unit. In this role, you will provide holistic, evidence-based care to a diverse adult patient population. You will serve as a vital link in the care continuum, managing the full spectrum of nursing duties from comprehensive assessment and care planning to implementation and evaluation.

Your day will involve monitoring patient status, administering medications safely, and interpreting vital signs and lab results. You will coordinate closely with physicians, therapists, and case managers to ensure seamless care delivery. A key part of your mission is educating patients and their families on disease processes, medications, and discharge plans, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey. You will also have the opportunity to support the orientation and mentoring of new staff and nursing students, contributing to the growth of our nursing community.
