Labor & Delivery at UVMMC supports our network and region by performing 2,200 to 2,300 deliveries per year. Our unit features 11 rooms and 2 operating rooms, providing a comprehensive environment for patient care.

You will join a team dedicated to ensuring nurses are truly happy and feel valued. We offer structured preceptorships and continuing education to encourage professional growth and development. Our team culture is distinct, prioritizing great patient ratios and ensuring nurses have a voice through shared governance. We have also made significant investments in safe patient handling and mobility equipment to support your daily work.
