About the Role
The Intensive Care Unit specializes in caring for patients across the entire lifespan, from Neonates to Older Adults, using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. This unit provides nurses the opportunity to develop strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and technical skills while caring for patients.
In this role, you will make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day, leveraging your skills and cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing. You will collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs.
