About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our team in Eastern Jacksonville, FL. This role focuses on servicing adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis within the 32256 and 32247 coverage areas.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be the vital link between our clients and their medical needs. You will work independently to manage your time effectively while traveling to designated geographic territories to provide high-quality care. Your day will involve following designated care plans, administering medications, performing wound care and treatments, and conducting client assessments. You will monitor client conditions, reporting any changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager, and ensure all doctors' orders are executed and properly documented using state-of-the-art touch pad tablets.
