You will function within the Mayo Nursing Care Model, which encompasses planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating all phases of nursing care for assigned patients. This role is designed for those who wish to provide direct patient care, education, and support during transitions of care, ensuring the needs of both the patient and their family are met.
In this position, you will conduct thorough patient assessments before and after Cardiology procedures, administer medications and treatments, and monitor cardiac rhythms with the ability to respond promptly to changes.
