About the Role
The Registered Nurse in the Emergency department coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care consistent with state and specialty standards. In collaboration with medical providers and the care team, you will provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, modeling a commitment to the organization's vision to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes.
