About the Role

As an Emergency Room RN, you will join an organization that invests in its team members. You will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers and the care team, you will provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage."

You will serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, modeling a commitment to the organization's vision and values to support an unparalleled patient experience. Your role involves assessing patient pain regularly, performing procedures and monitoring as ordered, and responding promptly to patient requests. You will also teach patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle changes, translating complex medical terminology to ensure complete understanding.
