About the Role

This Registered Nurse position is designed for professionals ready to support their unique calling in patient care while fitting their life. You will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our ICU Mixed Shift environment, utilizing established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." In collaboration with medical providers and the multidisciplinary care team, you will serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, providing individualized and compassionate care that contributes to exceptional clinical outcomes.

Your day will involve managing evidence-based practices, translating complex medical terminology for families, and teaching patients about treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle changes. You will also collaborate to customize holistic treatment plans that promote recovery and manage continuous process improvement initiatives to exceed quality measures.
