About the Role

The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department is the cornerstone of our fast-paced clinical environment, providing safe, patient-centered care through the nursing process. This role exists to ensure rapid assessment, triage, and critical decision-making for patients facing acute changes, trauma, and life-threatening conditions. You will be the first point of contact for patients in crisis, interpreting diagnostics and symptoms while coordinating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver immediate emergency response and treatment.

In this position, you will manage the full spectrum of emergency care, from administering IV therapies and medications to educating patients and families on discharge instructions. Your work ensures compliance with vital safety standards like EMTALA and HIPAA while maintaining accurate documentation. This is a dynamic role designed for nurses who thrive in high-stakes environments and are dedicated to making a tangible difference in patient outcomes during their most vulnerable moments.

Hiring Process
