The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department is the frontline of our fast-paced critical care environment. This role exists to provide safe, patient-centered care that navigates the urgency of acute changes, trauma, and life-threatening conditions. You will be responsible for rapid assessment, triage, and making critical clinical decisions that directly impact patient outcomes.
In this position, you will partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to interpret diagnostics and administer emergency treatments. Your day will involve educating patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions while ensuring strict compliance with safety standards like EMTALA and HIPAA. This is a full-time night shift role (7p-7a) designed for nurses who thrive in high-stakes environments and are committed to delivering excellence in emergency response.
A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is available for qualified candidates, with eligibility and payout terms discussed during the interview process. The selection process involves a review of your clinical qualifications and a conversation about your fit within our emergency team.
