About the Team
Our Emergency Department is a 45-bed, Level I Trauma Center dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to patients across all of Vermont and Northern New York. We operate as a multidisciplinary team comprising Physicians, Fellows/Residents, RNs, MHTs, and ED Techs. Our culture is distinct from other hospitals, prioritizing professional growth, structured preceptorships, and continuing education. We are committed to maintaining great patient ratios and ensuring nurses have a genuine voice through shared governance. About the Role
As an Emergency Department RN, you will provide professional nursing care to patients in varying states of health and illness through the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing plan of care. This position offers the opportunity to cover the Charge RN role and precept others. While on-call duties are not required, the role is designed for those with at least one year of recent Emergency Department Nursing experience.
