The Registered Nurse (RN) in our Emergency Department is the frontline guardian of patient safety in a fast-paced environment. This role exists to provide safe, patient-centered care by utilizing the nursing process—from rapid assessment and triage to critical clinical decision-making and emergency response. You will be responsible for managing acute changes, trauma, and life-threatening conditions, interpreting complex diagnostics, and collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
