About the Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department provides safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical for delivering direct patient care, performing rapid assessments, and executing triage and prioritization of care. You will respond to acute changes, trauma, and life-threatening conditions while making critical clinical decisions. The position requires interpreting labs, diagnostics, and patient symptoms, and communicating patient status effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You will also administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments while educating patients and families on care and discharge instructions.
