You will join the Community Training Center within the Hospital and Health System (HSC), a vital hub dedicated to advancing clinical and non-clinical education. Our mission is to ensure the highest standards of patient care by fostering a culture of continuous learning, safety, and professional growth across all operational components.
As a Registered Nurse in the Community Training Center, you will serve as a strategic partner in assessing, planning, and evaluating educational programs for diverse patient populations, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. This role is designed to bridge the gap between clinical practice and educational theory, ensuring that staff are equipped with the latest evidence-based practices to deliver safe, high-quality care.
In this position, you will act as a change agent and consultant, collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop instructional curricula that align with organizational goals. You will implement adult learning principles to create engaging educational environments, while simultaneously monitoring outcomes and driving quality improvement initiatives. Your work will directly impact patient safety by encouraging proactive questioning of processes and empowering patients to participate actively in their own care.
Candidates selected for an interview will be contacted directly by the hiring team.
