About the Role

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Quail Haven. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of quality nursing care, ensuring that every patient receives treatment that aligns with physician orders, state and federal regulations, and our facility's specific policies. You will play a vital part in the daily lives of our residents, administering medications, performing treatments, and maintaining strict infection control measures.

As a key member of the nursing staff, you will lead, guide, and supervise nursing assistants and orderlies, ensuring that work assignments are completed appropriately and on time. Your day will involve assisting physicians during rounds and examinations, caring for patients during these interactions, and managing the documentation and assessment of new admissions. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our care standards by assisting with research related to nursing quality.
