About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and lead the delivery of high-quality nursing care. In this role, you will be the vital link between medical direction and daily patient support, ensuring that all care aligns with physician orders, state and federal regulations, and our facility's specific policies.
Your day will involve administering medications via various routes, supervising nursing assistants and orderlies, and assisting physicians during rounds and physical examinations. You will play a key role in maintaining infection control standards, documenting treatments, and supporting the assessment and admission of new residents. This position requires a genuine interest in geriatric nursing, the ability to make critical decisions under pressure, and a patient, tactful approach when working with residents, families, and the broader medical team.
