Ascension is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care across a diverse healthcare landscape. Our Healthcare & Medical Services team operates with a mission to foster a collaborative environment where clinical excellence and compassion intersect. We strive to create a culture of inclusion that supports both our patients and the dedicated professionals who serve them.
As a Registered Nurse Clinical Lead, you will bridge the gap between direct patient care and team leadership. This role exists to ensure safe, high-quality care delivery while mentoring the next generation of nursing professionals. You will serve as a clinical resource for complex cases, guiding interdisciplinary teams and physicians in developing effective care plans. Your day will involve coordinating patient flow and workflows, overseeing quality and safety initiatives, and supporting the onboarding and development of nursing staff. This position is ideal for a nurse with strong clinical judgment who is passionate about leading by example in a supportive, team-oriented setting.
Candidates demonstrating strong clinical judgment and leadership potential will be invited to participate in a structured interview process designed to assess both technical expertise and cultural fit. The process typically includes a review of credentials, a discussion of clinical scenarios, and a conversation with the hiring team to explore your approach to patient care and team mentorship.
Ascension is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability status. We believe that a diverse workforce is essential to delivering the best possible care to our patients.
