About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Overnight Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. This role is integral to the success of our community, serving as a cornerstone for high-quality, holistic nursing care. As an Overnight RN, you will provide care in accordance with professional nursing practice standards and healthcare regulations while leading and directing licensed and non-professional staff in the delivery of direct resident care.
Your day-to-day involves managing the unique needs of our residents during the night shift, ensuring safety and comfort while maintaining rigorous documentation standards. You will act as a vital link between residents, families, and healthcare providers, making independent decisions and resolving issues tactfully. This position offers the opportunity to work within a supportive team environment where your expertise directly impacts the well-being of our community.
