We are a small, academic, Nurse Practitioner-led primary care office seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN). Our team culture is distinct from typical hospital environments, prioritizing patient ratios, professional growth, and shared governance where nurses truly have a voice. We have made significant investments in safe patient handling and mobility equipment to ensure our nurses are happy, valued, and supported through structured preceptorships and continuing education.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with phone triage, drawing blood, performing in-clinic testing, and handling medication refills. While we prefer candidates with greater than one year of experience, we are open to newly licensed Registered Nurses. This role offers onsite parking and a total rewards package including health care, flexible spending accounts, retirement benefits, and paid time off.
