About the Role
Encompass Health seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver specialized, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. This role exists to guide patients through their unique recovery journeys, ensuring they receive the highest standards of clinical excellence in a nurturing and dynamic environment.
In this position, you will be the cornerstone of the patient experience, assessing needs, developing individualized care plans, and administering treatments with precision. Your day will involve close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to promote optimal recovery, while also taking time to educate patients and their families on self-care and the path ahead. You will uphold a culture of safety and quality, documenting care accurately and supporting initiatives that continuously improve patient outcomes.
