About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Long Term Care team in an on-site capacity. In this role, you will provide resident-centered nursing care that aligns with our mission, supporting individuals through comprehensive assessments, medication administration, wound care, and IV therapy. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans and document status in our EHR systems.
Beyond clinical duties, you will play a vital role in educating residents and their families on conditions, medications, and wellness. You will also have the opportunity to mentor CNAs and support staff, sharing best practices for LTC care while upholding strict infection prevention and safety standards. This position is ideal for a nurse passionate about geriatric care who wants to make a tangible difference in a supportive, faith-informed environment.
